Distance Learning Functional Skills Level 2 (EN3023-24/25)

At FACES we offer English Functional Skill courses for adult learners that aim to build confidence and increase your skills and knowledge in English. These qualifications will help you to progress further in both study and work.

Open Requirements

Learners will need to complete an Initial Assessment prior to the course to assess the correct level of learning needed.

Open Assessment

Assessments take place at the end of the course. 3 assessments for English (Speaking and Listening, Reading, and Writing).

Open Content

Each course consists of sessions lasting 3 hours with an additional 1 hour home learning and take place in local community venues around the city.

Open Progression

At FACES there is a progression pathway from E3 up to L2. We also have links to Sheffield University and local employers for HE courses and employment opportunity.
